4 eggs
1/2 cup warm water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
RESERVE FOR DECORATION:
Red food coloring if desired
1 quart fresh strawberries
2 Tbsp. red sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients together in a stand mixer, hand mixer or by hand until well combined.
Pour into well-greased Bundt cake pan.
Bake for 48-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out slightly coated but not wet. Remove from oven and let stand in pan for 20 minutes.
Invert onto plate or cake stand. Let cool to touch before frosting.
Time to decorate!
The easiest way to frost a bundt cake is to warm a purchased container of frosting and pour all over the Bundt cake to cover the top and sides, allowing some of the icing to pool in the center.
Then take your red sprinkles and distribute evenly over the top of the cake.
Crumple up some parchment or wax paper to fill up the middle of your cake. Wash strawberries and place on top!
And your delicious masterpiece is ready to serve!!
I hope you enjoy this Strawberry Bundt Cake as much as we did!
