I know Santa Sacks have been used in MANY different ways, but I love this idea of using the Santa Sack to have your kids declutter toys before Christmas!
HOW IT WORKS:
Santa leaves a sack or pillowcase or bag– anything will work!– under the tree with the free printable explanation letter. Your children are instructed to fill the bag with toys and leave it by the door.
Then Santa will know to have an Elf pick up the Santa Sack and bring it back to the North Pole.
You can find a free printable return label down below as well! This will ensure that the toys make it back to the North Pole to be used by Santa.

“HELP! We need more toys at the North Pole to fill all of the orders this year!!
I’ve noticed that some toys you play with A LOT and others have been a little lonely! But that’s ok!! I know some little boys and girls who would LOVE to have them!!
Will you please put them in HERE and place by the front door once its full? I will have an elf pick them up right away!!
And for being so generous, you will have a special surprise on Christmas!
